You're doing sacred work.
But nobody can find you.
You trained for this. You've sat with people in their darkest moments and you know how to hold grief without flinching. And yet, growing your practice feels completely disconnected from the care and presence you bring to everything else.
-
LinkedIn feels like the wrong place for grief work
The professional networking tone doesn't fit when your work is so personal. You worry about coming across as pushy, clinical, or out of place.
-
You don't know how to reach referral partners
Hospice social workers, funeral directors, and therapists are the people who can send you clients, but reaching out feels awkward without a clear approach.
-
Your profile doesn't reflect the depth of your work
You know your work changes lives. But when someone lands on your profile, it doesn't quite communicate why they should reach out to you specifically.
LinkedIn, finally built for the way grief coaches actually work
The Grief Coach's Guide to LinkedIn is a 20-lesson, self-paced course built for certified grief companions and coaches. It walks you through every step, from setting up a profile that reflects the heart of your work, to building real referral relationships with the people who will send you clients for years.
Build a presence worth finding
Set up your profile, headline, and content strategy so the right people discover you when they're searching for grief support.
Grow your referral network
Connect with hospice social workers, funeral directors, therapists, and chaplains — the professionals who refer grieving clients every single day.
Show up consistently, without burnout
Create a rhythm that fits the way you work. Leave with a 30-day launch plan and the confidence to sustain your presence long after the course ends.

Certified Grief Companion, Educator & Founder, Healing Hearts Community
Terri Chaplin built this course from lived experience
Terri didn't enter grief work as a career choice. Grief found her first. In 2005 she lost her first husband. Seven years later, she lost her only son in a car accident. More recently, her beloved sister. Each loss deepened her understanding of what it truly means to walk alongside someone in pain, and widened the gap she saw between the care people needed and what was available to them.
Out of that gap, she built Healing Hearts Community, a space for personal grief support, professional grief training, and a growing network of certified grief companions who are changing how the world responds to loss.
"I built this course because I know what it feels like to have a calling and not know how to reach the people who need you. LinkedIn changed that for my practice. I want it to do the same for yours."
Terri is based in Tampa, Florida, and serves clients and students worldwide through Healing Hearts Community.
Here's what grief coaches are telling us they need
"I want referrals from hospice teams and funeral homes but I have no idea how to approach those relationships professionally."
"I freeze every time I try to write about my work on LinkedIn. I don't want to sound like I'm marketing off grief."
"I want a LinkedIn presence that attracts the people I'm meant to serve, without having to become someone I'm not to do it."
What this knowledge usually costs
Before you see the course price, here's what most grief coaches spend trying to figure this out on their own.
For a single profile audit and strategy session, without grief-specific expertise or ongoing guidance.
To have someone manage your presence for you, without teaching you the skills you'll carry for years.
Posting into the void, sending awkward messages, and missing referral relationships while you figure it out.
